Contact inquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address, company and a brief description of your situation. Role and service interest are optional. Nova Group uses these details to respond to your inquiry. You can also email us directly. Please do not include passwords, financial details or confidential client information.
Delivery and verification
Form inquiries are processed through Microsoft Azure and sent as a plain-text email to info@thenovagroup.io using Azure Communication Services Email. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can respond to you. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not an automated script, is sending the form; Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for this check under its own privacy policy. Turnstile does not receive your inquiry fields; they are sent to Nova Group's delivery endpoint. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or send your inquiry to website analytics.
Access and retention
Inquiries are delivered to and handled in Nova Group's email system. The form does not create a separate contact database or save your message in your browser. We keep inquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, and then delete them. You can ask us at any time to see or delete an inquiry you sent by emailing info@thenovagroup.io.
Operational logs
The contact service records operational logs in Microsoft Azure Application Insights to keep the service working. When a submission reaches the email step, the service logs whether delivery was accepted or could not be confirmed, together with a randomly generated inquiry reference. It is designed not to log your name, email address, company, message or verification token. Microsoft may also record standard technical details about requests to the service as part of operating it.
More broadly, like any website, every page request passes through our hosting and network providers, Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare, which process technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and browser storage
Nova Group's website code does not set cookies or use browser storage, and the website does not include advertising, analytics or customer accounts. The Cloudflare verification widget loads only with the contact form and is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
